All KT lines are provided by our partner company, "BT Openreach". All line faults concerned with line plant are also covered by them. BT Openreach are a separate company to BT, whom also use BT Openreach for their lines in 90% of cases.

We understand how important broadband is to our customers, that is why our business broadband packages are completely uncapped and won't go slow when you need it. Our main hub is used 90% by business customers which means a constant high speed connection is attainable.

Voip.

Kent Telephones have a Voice over IP server which can offer the following benefits.

• Out of area telephone numbers for only £5 per month.
• Fax to email service for only £5 per month.
• Free calls between sites.
• Free voicemail.

Voip (voice over internet protocol) is becoming more reliable every day. It is a quick and cheap way to increase lines, and because it is on the internet, it is not hampered by geography.
